Sebastián Pagador School (public elementary school)
This school is being supported since December 2003. At that time there were 190 pupils (in the year 2008 about 600!), three unfurnished classrooms, no didactic material and so on. Four new classrooms were built by 2007, the school received didactic aid, tables, chairs and cupboards for the pupils; teachers not governmentally paid were subsidized and excursions financed. Twice a week the pupils receive a so-called “healthy snack” with fruit and wholewheat bread.
